Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to purchases through norvessan.com and explain ordering, payment, delivery, returns, product use, and related responsibilities.
Store Operator & Scope
Norvessan™ is operated by Shenzhen Guangweisu Technology Co., Ltd. These terms apply together with our Payment & Security, Shipping, Return & Refund, Privacy, and Terms of Use pages.
Eligibility
Customers must have legal capacity to place an order or act with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian where required.
Product Information & Availability
We aim to present accurate images, details, and availability. Minor differences in color, finish, packaging, dimensions, or screen appearance may occur. Product listings may be updated and stock may change.
Orders & Acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt; we may review payment, availability, address, fraud risk, or errors before fulfillment. We will contact you if an order cannot be fulfilled and provide an appropriate refund for amounts paid.
Prices, Taxes & Payment
Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated. Product prices, shipping charges, applicable taxes, discounts, and final total appear before payment. Payment methods shown at checkout are processed by Shopify and applicable providers. Financial institutions may charge separate fees.
Order Processing & Delivery
Orders normally process in 2–4 business days after payment and verification; up to 5 in busy periods. Estimated standard U.S. carrier transit is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch. Times are estimates, not guarantees. See Shipping Policy.
Shipping Address & Tracking
Provide a complete accurate address and review it before payment. Contact us promptly about an error. Tracking is normally sent when available after dispatch. Separate shipments may occur.
Returns & Refunds
Eligible returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. Contact support before returning items and follow the approved address and instructions. Approved refunds are initiated within 5–10 business days after receipt, inspection, and approval. See Return & Refund Policy.
Order Changes & Cancellation
Request changes or cancellation promptly. We will make reasonable efforts before fulfillment starts but cannot guarantee a change after processing or shipment preparation. No fee is charged for a successful prefulfillment cancellation.
Discount Codes & Promotions
Offers may have expiration, minimum purchase, eligibility, exclusions, use limits, or other stated conditions. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be redeemed for cash or combined. Apply discounts before finishing checkout.
Product Use & Safety
Use appliances lawfully and according to each product’s specifications, included instructions, voltage requirements, care information, and safety warnings. Keep relevant products away from children when appropriate and discontinue use if damaged.
Bulk Orders & Resale
Contact us before large, wholesale, or resale orders to confirm availability and terms. Resale does not authorize representation as an official distributor or agent without written permission.
Intellectual Property
The Norvessan™ name and original site content are owned or licensed by the operator and protected to the extent permitted by law. Unauthorized commercial reproduction is prohibited.
Reviews & Customer Content
Submitted reviews or media must be lawful, accurate, and respect others’ rights. Voluntary publication grants a nonexclusive worldwide royalty free license to use that content to operate and promote the store, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
Prohibited Conduct
Do not engage in fraud, submit unauthorized payment information, disrupt site security, introduce malicious code, scrape data unlawfully, infringe rights, or misrepresent your relationship with Norvessan™.
Third-Party Services & Links
Shopify and payment, shipping, analytics, and communication providers may support the store. External services may be governed by their own terms.
Events Outside Reasonable Control
Weather, disasters, carrier interruption, government action, customs, labor disruption, infrastructure or technology outages, and similar events may delay performance. We will communicate and provide an appropriate solution under the circumstances.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the site and services carry no warranties beyond those expressly stated or legally required. Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages may be excluded to the extent lawful. Mandatory consumer rights, remedies, warranties, and liabilities are unaffected.
Applicable Law & Disputes
Applicable law and mandatory rights tied to your location and transaction apply. Contact customer support to try to resolve disputes in good faith; legal remedies remain available.
Severability & No Waiver
If a provision is unenforceable, other provisions remain in effect where allowed. A delay in enforcing a provision does not necessarily waive it.

We may revise these terms and post the current version on norvessan.com. Unless law requires otherwise, the terms in effect when an order is submitted apply to that transaction.
